RDNS are currently looking for Passionate, Kind and Dedicated Care Workers, to assist our clients throughout the Adelaide metro area. We look for candidates who are aligned to our values of - Care, Community, Integrity and Excellence.
To meet our client’s needs, we’re looking for qualified Care Workers on a Casual basis. You will be providing care to a number of different funding programs and these positions may also lead into permanent part time opportunities with RDNS.
Services delivered to our clients will include, but are not limited to: Personal Care, Social Support, Respite and Home-Exercise programs.
We are seeking Care Workers who are available to work across a number shifts Monday to Sunday including public holidays (with a minimum of 3 days)
Day Shifts are typically rostered between 7am to 3pm (Monday through to Friday)
Afternoon/Evening shifts are typically rostered between 3pm to 11pm (Monday through to Friday)
Weekend and public shifts are typically rostered between 7am to 3pm
Weekend Afternoon/Evening shifts are typically rostered between 3pm to 11pm
Successful candidates are required to demonstrate the following:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC or Disability (mandatory) or be
an Enrolled / Registered Nurse (min of 1st year training essential)
Current First Aid Certificate
Current full Australian driver’s license (not P or L plates)
Registered Vehicle, suitable for work purposes
Pass a job-specific medical appraisal (known as FCT)
Employment Screening Checks will include successfully completing a National Criminal Record check, DSCI - Aged Care Check and DCSI - Working with Children Check or be willing to submit applications
Care Worker benefits include the following:
• Smart phone provided to perform your work
• Hourly rate of $22.11p/h plus Super for Perm-Part Time & $27.64p/h plus Super for Casual
• Travel allowance of $0.78 per kilometre for travel between clients
• Salary packaging – up to $15,899 per year
