Job Description

To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come
true by being primarily responsible for generating sales appointments for the onsite
sales team from arrival guests at the airport.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Promote tourist attraction andexcursions
+ Invite pre-determined qualifiedcustomers to attend a Wyndham presentation
+ Deal with all customer queries –face to face and on the phone
+ Keep product and brand knowledgeup to date
+ Take and deal with telephoneenquiries
+ Fill in client information form onthe computer system
+ Specify terms and conditions ofbookings
+ Take payments and receipt tickets
+ Daily adhoc duties as required
+ Book qualified tours in accordancewith set guidelines
+ Be professional in nature; beapproachable while meeting booth quotas
+ Work within Best PracticeGuidelines and all Company and sales specific policies and procedures
+ Deliver required number ofqualified tours to the sales site
+ Provide excellent customer serviceto all guests

+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Strong values of customer service and integrity
+ Positive, enthusiastic and outgoing attitude
+ Excellent communication and listening skills
+ Self-motivated, and goal driven with high propensity to succeed
+ Demonstrated rapport building skills
+ Ability to work independently and contribute as a team player
+ Presents oneself as a professional role model
+ Be a team player, supporting and motivating others
+ Sound problem solving and negotiating skills
+ Must be available to work shift hours and on weekends
+ Flexibility to changing products, targets, markets and customer preferences
