About the Roles and You
We are searching for committed, motivated and friendly caring staff who are looking to continue their careers as Community Aged Care Workers. We have Permanent Part Time & Casual roles available, predominantly across the North metro region of Perth. We have multiple roles suiting various availabilities. The more availability you're able to provide us with, the more hours we will be able to offer in return!
You will provide hands-on support to elderly clients in their own home, assisting with activities of daily living in the home and community, personal care and household maintenance. As well as working throughout the community, you may also be required to work at our Respite Centres in Forrestfield and Hilton.
These are the perfect roles for someone with a calm, compassionate personality and a natural ability to build rapport with elderly people. You must have familiarity with the use of smartphones, possess excellent time and self-management skills and have a strong understanding of reporting and documentation requirements.
All of our successful community support workers possess:
A Cert III in Aged Care, Community Services, Individual Support (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
A current licence and reliable vehicle.
Caring, nurturing values, respect and honesty.
Strong English and communication skills.
The ability to use mobile technology and apps with ease.
The drive to go above and beyond for our clients.
