We are currently seeking a proficient Compliance Administrator to join our Compliance team in Broadbeach. This is a fixed-term (initially 12-months) Maternity Leave contract.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, and working closely with the national compliance managers, you will be responsible for updating and managing the distribution of compliance manuals and maintaining the document control register for food safety, training, WHS, security and other compliance functions.

The Compliance Administrator is accountable for updating all training records and licenses, preparing reports, ATO applications and managing records and correspondence.

Your responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the compliance team
  • Management and processing of all compliance database changes and related matters
  • Maintenance of the document control register
  • Maintain reporting data and preparing regular and ad hoc reports using complex excel formulas
  • Maintenance of training records and preparation of compliance reports
  • Management and resolution of database issues
  • Supporting incident management and investigations
  • Preparing and lodging Australian Customs, ATO, QAP and AA warehouse license applications
  • Maintaining contact database
  • Issuing monthly Compliance reports to key stakeholders and management

To be successful in this role; you will possess the following:

  • Strong attention to detail, with demonstrated experience in a similar administrative support role
  • Experience in Customs, ATO and DAFF warehouse license applications (preferred).
  • Experience using an EDMS – Electronic Document Management System
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, with MS Office suite proficiency
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under conflicting time pressures
  • Methodical, attention to detail, with sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
