CHC Helicopter has an opportunity for aTrade Compliance Analyst. The Trade Compliance Analyst (“TC Analyst”) will support the day to day management of the customs and export control activities of the CHC / Heli-One entities in Canada, Brazil and Mexico as well as the activities of other global CHC / Heli-One entities as required
The TC Analyst will revert to the Global Customs Manager on all customs and export control technical issues.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Global Customs Manager and Trade Compliance Supervisors in:
+ COE related activities
+ Customs and export control compliance reviews
+ Adhoc customs and export control issues globally.
+ Liaison with customs authorities and export control authorities on issues arising from the day to day management of the customs and export controls activities of the CHC / Heli-One entities
+ Day to day management of customs and export controls documentation
General Position Requirements:
+ Employees must comply with and adhere to all company policies
+ May perform other duties as assigned.
+ International travel will be required.
Qualifications & Experience:
+ Proven experience of working on customs and export control issues within Canada
+ Certified Customs Specialist
+ Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
+ Excellent communicator and team player.
+ Good communication skills, verbal and written
+ Good Level of knowledge around Microsoft packages and I.T. Skills
+ Good level of administration skills
