Job Description Summary:

Report to China Risk & Compliance Director, and work with the compliance team to formulate written foreign exchange business compliance risk management policy, responsible for identifying potential risks.

Job Description:

  • Amend the system specifications in a timely manner in accordance with foreign exchange business compliance risk management status and changes in laws, rules, and standards, and report to all foreign exchange business personnel after review and approval.
  • Implement the foreign exchange business compliance risk control policy, ensure that appropriate corrective measures are taken in a timely manner when violations are discovered , and those responsible for violations are held accountable.
  • Responsible for optimizing and adjusting the personnel and organizational structure of the compliance risk control management department, with sufficient and appropriate personnel to ensure the full implementation of compliance risk control requirements.
  • Identify major business compliance risks, review and approve business compliance risk management plans, and coordinate linkages between compliance risk management departments and other relevant departments.
  • In accordance with regulatory requirements, with periodic review and report sent to the foreign exchange business executive reporting.

Job Qualifications

  • Above 8 years working experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to operate tactically while maintaining excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage assignments with competing priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to change, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to identify dependencies and leverage multiple sources of information simultaneously
  • High energy and a desire to work in a results- and team-oriented, rapid growth environment
  • Work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong reputation for integrity, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and exercise judgment to raise issues in a timely and constructive manner
  • Knowledge of the financial services compliance and / or regulatory environment is required.
