Quantum Spatial is seeking a senior administrative contract compliance specialist for our Government Business Unit. The most qualified applicant will have experience with government contract compliance, be an independent problem solver who possesses strong organization and communication skills with a forward-thinking mentality.

  • Manage Federal subcontracting reporting requirements with Federal clients and complete Federal Reps and Certs for government contracts.
  • Coordinate with finance staff and provide support for Federal GSA review and audit requirements. Coordinate with General Council with archiving and filing the Company’s Federal contracts.
  • Provide standard and routine administrative support including: prepare electronic communications and perform data entry; create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical; receiving, sorting, processing, shipping of mail/deliveries; answering general inquiry phone calls and greeting visitors; handling daily requests from staff; track and create management expense reports; assist with accounts payable support;
  • Coordination and preparation of events such as staff meetings, onsite client meetings, guest speakers, employee events, etc.; prepare, arrange, coordinate, and track business development related events and projects; minor technology setup and general troubleshooting; regular communication with other administration staff; ensure day to day operational business needs are met; and all other reasonable duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google suite and office equipment and systems;
  • Familiarity with workforce management software such as Deltek, Salesforce, and ADP;
  • Previous experience with the Federal contracting processes;
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a professional work environment
  • Prior experience in a client service-related role
  • Experience with project tracking and management
  • Professional or educational background working with geospatial data


This role may be located in one of our existing offices or remote, depending on candidate’s background and qualifications.
