The Opportunity

Performing and executing for providing personalized service for High Net Worth (HNW) cases in Operations (value stream Buy, Claim and Manage & Review).

What We are Looking for

  • University graduate or equivalent with minimum 3 years operations and/or customer services experience
  • Experience with responsibility of managing multiple functions and working in a matrix environment
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
  • A team player who is able to connect well with peers and interact very successfully with business stakeholders and Regional functions as required

What are nice to have

  • Good in English, spoken and written
  • Excellent interpersonal communication

On the Job You Will

  • Buy Value Stream:
    • Attend to preliminary enquiries from the sellers, support the arrangement of medical examinations for the clients and provide 2-way limousine services
    • Prescreen application documents, communicate underwriting decision, review & escalate appeals, follow up with clinics/hospitals for reports, 1st level support for Enhance Customer Due diligence
    • Communicate formal offer and verify the submission of final outstanding requirements, premium receipting and issuance of HNW policies
    • Final Check on policy document, Express Courier Service for contract delivery
    • Ensure HNW Cases delivered within the SLA time and quality
  • M&R – Follow up on POS services, and ensure HNW cases delivered within the SLA time and quality
  • Claims – Assist in claim processing, and ensure HNW cases delivered within SLA time and quality
  • Communicate to channel on the pending cases for the High Net Worth polices, ensuring sales receive the pending information
  • Report operation performance on the High Net Worth cases to Operation leaders and ensuring continuous improvement on  SLA / quality of process
