Regional Services Delivery Associate (GPS)

The Regional Services (GPS) Consultant is a key member of IDBS’ regional Professional Services team. Key to this role is partnering with customers to assist in defining, explaining and implementing IDBS platforms to meet their needs, communicating in a manner that addresses the customer’s specific requirements, advising the customer of IDBS’ experience and in doing so adding value to the customer interaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide product and project delivery following a set project plan and in line with a Statement of Work (SOW) document
• Build and customize customer facing spreadsheets and templates for use in IDBS products
• Engage with customers, understand what they want to do, and implement those requirements in IDBS products
• Accurately and efficiently manage and track project task time, recording time spent in the IDBS time management software on a weekly basis
• Manage and coordinate training activities with project managers and customers
• Deliver on-site training at global customer sites, using the standard classroom format, including but not limited to:
• Administrator and/or E-WorkBook Web End User
• Manage own time productively, with the ability to prioritize, focus, and attain goals
• Contribute to global revenue growth for services
• Provide application testing for new and existing product features
• Adhere to IDBS Quality Management Systems (QMS) in all project delivery activities
• Work with IDBS partners to achieve project delivery success and results

Required Proficiencies

• Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent preferably in a science, maths or stats subject area
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to listen actively while giving consideration to the views of others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Travel as required to perform role, with an expectation of about 10% travel with flexibility to support the customer
