Purpose & Objective of Position
SAP Cloud Success Services drives software adoption, ensuring customers implement and run what they buy whilst safeguarding maintenance and subscription. The Center of Expertise (CoE) within SAP CSS provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end advisory and support to our Premium Engagement customers.
Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and safeguard their implementation projects. As every customer is unique, we provide an individual high-quality support to them based on a value delivery approach.
Expectations & Tasks
As CoE Engineer for Manufacturing area, you will analyze End to End process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
