Anglicare have an opportunity for a Quality Care Consultant to join our organisation, supporting our Residential Care facilities to maintain quality outcomes beyond compliance requirements. About the role:

Reporting into the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will work as part of the wider Quality and Service Support team. Our focus is on person-centred care and providing residents with choices to live their daily life in a way that is special to them, while maintaining consistency with their wellbeing. You will be involved in ongoing review, development and delivery of the Quality Framework, auditing and inspecting compliance and quality outcomes, providing training and remedial actions across our Sydney Residential facilities.

This role will be offered on a Permanent Part-time contract of 3 flexible days per week and would be suited to a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional that has gained strong clinical experience and an interest in promoting quality of life to the elderly.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have obtained a relevant Health-related Bachelors qualification and gained clinical experience within an Aged Care environment
  • Have developed thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements for Residential Care facilities
  • Be experienced with investigating and actioning complaints
  • Have experience in auditing and assessing quality standards
  • Have exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
