We are seeking a driven, creative, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our Head Office team in North Vancouver! You will play an essential role in the development and management of Craftsman Collision’s brand in the digital space including company websites, social content and channels. This role will also be responsible for developing and executing a variety of digital marketing initiatives that accelerate brand awareness among customers and prospective employees. You will conduct research on our target audience, developing KPIs, and designing localized, community-based social campaigns, and a social media strategy that will help us reach our Strategic Goals.

Create, implement and monitor Craftsman’s social media strategies for each platform appealing to local and regional audiences. Drive innovation and forward-thinking ideas around community growth and engagement.
Write, edit, and proofread communications content that includes but is not limited to: press releases, blogs, job descriptions, website, and social media content that is relevant and current for customers and prospective employees.
Support with social media analytics including online reviews to determine successes, opportunities and ROI. Coordinate monthly reporting to share across the business.
Contribute and maintain the brand social media calendar for all channels and be responsible for crafting engaging post copy that reflects channel tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Provide guidance and recommendations to the Marketing Manager as to what external conversations are happening that we can tap into, to extend our social reach organically.
Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries and reviews.
Oversee and update The Craftsman Group websites to ensure content is current, relevant and sites are running optimally.
Measure web traffic and monitor Search Engine Optimization for all company websites.
Increase the exposure of career opportunities at Craftsman Collision in the digital space.
Lead the planning, implementation and growth of Craftsman’s customer email marketing program.
Manage external vendors for social media tools and platforms.
Provide coverage for Reception as needed.
To be successful in this role, a candidate must possess:
3- 5 years’ experience in a marketing role (with a focus on social media and/or digital marketing) in a mid to large size organization with multiple locations.
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Communications or Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, and Hootsuite.
Knowledgeable of principles of SEO including keyword research and ability to implement Social Media SEO tactics.
Excellent writing, communication and editing skills, including experience writing for SEO.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Confidence to be the voice of Craftsman Collision in the digital space on all social media platforms.
Ability to deliver creative content, including text, images, and videos.
An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
Strong interest and aptitude for providing the best customer service to our Craftsman fans, followers, and collision centre staff.
