Job Description



The Contract Administrator is responsible for assisting the Office Administration Manager in the efficient production of the contracts and related processes as designated by the Office Administration Manager.

Key Position Criteria:

  • Thailand working rights is advantageous
  • High school diploma or relevant experience
  • High level of energy and self-motivation
  • Ability to speak English and Thai are advantageous
  • Ability to speak Mandarin an added advantage
  • Strong customer service values
  • Professional in appearance and attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time
  • Well organised and able to perform under pressure
  • Computer proficiency required i.e MS office
