About the Role

As a member of the Construction Team and working closely with your site team, the role will include;

  • Being accountable for the full range of project management tasks, while having the assistance of a dedicated manager to guide you through a controlled process
  • Reviewing all contract documents and create, communicate, distribute and manage all programs
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to improve programs and manage any associated risks
  • Cost Reporting & Administration (forecasting, approvals for payment, processing of variations etc.)
  • Undertaking the procurement of tenders and risk management
  • Managing projects from commencement to completion

You will display an enthusiastic, committed and forward-thinking approach to your work and thrive on providing our clients with excellence in service delivery through professionalism and thoroughness of work.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible and passionate. You will possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Commercial Construction Industry
  • Project administration experience and tendering or project management experience
  • Tertiary qualification in building or engineering, or a building trade qualification with significant relevant experience
  • Intermediate experience with the Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of Jobpac, CHEOPS or comparable construction software is highly desirable
