Position Summary:
- Responsible for Singapore Project Controls delivery for the execution of Hydrocarbon, Power, Infrastructure, Advisian and Intecsea verticals
- Provide Project Controls oversight and governance to existing projects.
- Devise strategies, initiatives, and recommendations, in line with Worley project controls processes, for effective delivery of projects and achievement of business KPIs
- Work closely with Operations to ensure Projects are receiving quality Project Controls support driving project profitability.
- Conducting Project Control audit to ensure projects are adhering to Worley Project Controls systems and work processes.
- Participate in monthly project reviews with emphasis on outstanding issues, potential changes, adverse trends or risks and metrics including GM, EBIT, DSO and potential schedule impacts. Monitor results versus objectives, highlight underlying reason for variances and suggest corrective actions wherever required
- Facilitate Risk Workshops on projects evaluating Risk and Opportunities
- Accountable for ensuring accuracy of location Project Control reporting in a consistent, transparent, and reliable fashion
- Direct management, coaching and support for Singapore project control staff consisting of Planners, Cost Controllers and Estimators
- Responsible for compilation and development of Regional Business Plan
- Compile and produce Monthly PSR
- Responsible for providing Project Control input to bids and proposals
- Facilitate and Champion the roll out of Cleopatra roll out for South East Asia
- Maintain and Report the resource forecasting tool for Singapore
- Provide Project Control support on projects
Requirements:
Engineering degree with at least 20 years’ experience in project controls and contract management of major projects.
Possess experience in managing team of project controls staff, and be very familiar with the establishment and application of project planning, scheduling and cost control tools.
Demonstrated leadership capability.
Excellent presentation skills.
