General Overview
The Club and District Support, Coordinator , provides support to the department Supervisor at the implementation of all customer services and logistic aspects to the clubs and districts of the area.
Provides support and guidance to club and district leadership in their effort to maintain and improve their membership base. Availability to national and international travels.
Responsibilities

Education
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal skills essential.
  • Computer literacy necessary; knowledge of Microsoft software essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proactive attitude and ideas for innovation are greatly appreciated

Specific Duties
  • Support to clubs and districts via phone, e-mail and personally.
  • Coordinates department daily activities along with the peer in order to direct the workflow and address the demand.
  • Communications and Follow-ups to club officers and district leaders on reports and data, as: club officer info, district appointments, goals, DGN biodata form, district reports to Rotary International, expense reports, among others as necessary.
  • Orientation and support on RI website and My Rotary: Registration, login, and use.
  • Develops tutorials related to issues under department’s responsibility
  • Prepares and presents webinars as necessary
  • District governor Monthly Communication analysis and follow-up, identify and recognize well succeeded projects and initiatives at the club and district level.
  • Prepare presentation materials for national and international meetings, such as International Assembly, GETS, Rotary Institute, and district level, PETS, District Assembly and club level as appropriate.
  • Represents the department supporting national and international meetings.
  •  New Clubs admission: analysis, correction, processing and club charter issuing.
  • Interact, Rotaract and RCC certification.
  • Branding orientation: Follow-up, intermediation and support on licensing process in conjunction to WHQ.
  •  Runs statistics and reports for district and club officers. i.e: Membership monthly report.
  •  Supports clubs and districts in regard to the Council on Legislation: instructions about deadlines, proposal formatting, submission to RI, and results announcements.
  • Provides support about RI awards and recognitions: appointments, submissions, deadlines, follow-up (if needed).
  •  Answers general questions on membership
  • Analysis, interpretation and guidance of questions related to RI Constitutional docs and Bylaws and Code of Policies
  • Responsible for gathering information and elaboration of the Quarterly report
  • Monitoring Rotary International website and social medias
