Main Purpose of the Job

In the position you will be responsible for coordination and support (training, facilitator, coach) to teams and Pillars in order to implement WCM at the plant.
This is an excellent opportunity for a young and motivated person who is eager to grow and to be exposed to a wide range of issues, as well as enthusiastic to be in contact with a lot of different people and areas within the company

What you will do:

As our new World Class Manufacturing Coordinator, you will

  • Ensure the WCM mission definition coherent with the Company mission involving the steering group.
  • Co-ordinate the team leaders , Co-ordinate data collection and deployment activities  as well as Co-ordinate Pillars activities
  • Ensure the availability of the needed methodologies
  • Plan training and verify the training plan progress
  • Support team leaders and team activities in each step
  • Constantly maintain contacts with the Steering group to achieve company objectives
  • Motivate and empower people through positive attitude
  • Co-ordinate and guarantee alignment of external consultant
  • Promote and support cross fertilization of ideas, knowledge, and improvements
  • Responsible for the WCM activity board updating


Who you are:

We believe the successful candidate will have

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering or relevant field
  • At least 5 years of Continuous Improvement / Process Manufacturing Improvement or similar experience, background in Manufacturing, Supply Management or Production or Engineering
  • Familiar of Continuous Improvement and Problem-Solving methodologies
  • Knowledge of WCM,TQM, TPM, TPS, LEAN would be advantage
  • Systematic approach to problem definition and problem solving and ability to transfer long-term strategies and plans into mid/short term actions
  • Strong in both oral and written skills in English

Main Purpose of the Job

To apply and teach WCM knowledge and methodology to support the results in the respective factory, and work with and support WCM Manager and the pillar to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administration and analytical support for WCM Manager and Pillar

2. WCM and loss analysis deployement with advanced tools

3. Advising WCM manager and factory management team on loss deployement

4. Benchmarking with other pillars and factories

5. WCM tools and mindset promotion

6. Gudiding operators and production associates in WCM training and tools

Critical Experience
At least 5 years in WCM/ Production/ Maintenance/ Quality function as an engineer in factory WCM advanced tools and deep experience IT knowledge and ability to use for loss analysis Has experience of participating and leading WCM teams
Minimum Education
Degree in Engineering or equivalent
