Job Description

The Retail Agent Coordinator will be responsible for the following:

  • Extract agent scan data reports for payment of agent commissions and reporting using ShipTrack Admin Portal
  • and Qlikview. Accurate entry and tracking of scan data by agent. Compile regional data for productivity reports &
  • graphs.
  • Search and recruit new agents in identified areas and perform on-site location evaluations.
  • On boarding agent set-up process; prepare and send legal agreements through DocuSign. Confirm receipt of allrequired documents and information. Submit requests to appropriate teams/vendors for internal set-up and delivery of equipment.
  • Conduct telephone, online and/or on-site training and coaching.
  • Be the liaison with operations and agents to review processes.
  • Be the point of contact for divisional agents for any questions, concerns or queries.
  • Monitor and follow up on SalesForce cases and internal tracing emails to resolve and close cases.
  • Answer agents’ questions, concerns and queries received through telephone and email.
  • Agent courtesy visits/calls and spot checks.


  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills. Willing to address problems; assume ownership of issues and provide solutions
  • Experience with Purolator Retail Operations an asset
  • Self-directed and self-motivated, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, ethics, confidence and a commitment to a team approach. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
