Marketing Manager responsibilities
If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. The person should have excellent experience in marketing. You should be comfortable to deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution and experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels. We are looking for those who would design successful strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic, while helping to execute and achieve team and company goals.
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities include:
tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns
ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Ultimately, you will help us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Creating and curating content for online and offline marketing channels
Communication across all offline and online channels to support company growth
Contribute to planning out (and executing on) Outpost’s content calendar
Ensure that content published maintains an engaging and timely narrative, flows smoothly and bring to life Outpost’s brand personality and voice.
Managing and overseeing the deliverables of country marketing managers.
you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Native English speaker
3+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or similar role
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication is a plus
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field
Experience with planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Excellent writing skills in English
Attention to detail
Experience as a content manager or creating content is a plus
