What You’ll Do for Us (Requirements): As a pivotal member of the Supply Chain Services team, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Masterfully managing and processing transactional activities for our local customer base, which encompasses order entry, documentation creation, complaint handling, delivery creation, and forecast entry.
  • Spearheading the charge in managing key metrics such as the Perfect Order Rate (POR), actively identifying and implementing strategies to drive enhancements.
  • Supporting our Customer Service (CS) team in refining current activities to amplify productivity and create efficiencies across the board.
  • Stepping in as the dependable backup for the Customer Account Specialist to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.
  • Being versatile and flexible in providing backup support for other functions within Supply Chain Services as necessitated by operational demands.

What Are the Qualifications Needed (Qualifications):

  • Adept at managing complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of enhancing operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a flair for fostering collaborative working relationships.
