What you'll do for us

As a Customer Service Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Order Management: Handle the processing and management of customer orders and sales orders within our system.
  • Order Release: Ensure the timely release of sales orders.
  • Dispatch Calendar Creation: Develop and maintain a dispatch calendar to guarantee the prompt delivery of shipments.
  • Return and Replacement Management: Oversee the handling of returns and replacements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Service Indicator Reporting: Monitor and report on service indicators, contributing to our commitment to excellence.
  • Sales Control: Perform regular sales control tasks to support our sales objectives.

What are the qualifications needed

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Field of Study: Advanced students majoring in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, or Food Engineering.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
  • Work Ethic: Strong commitment to delivering quality work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Availability: Ability to work part-time (4 hours per day) in a fully on-site capacity.
