Responsibilities
  • Coordinating on compliance reporting, procedural manual review and update of the department
  • Assisting in monitoring the quality of credit portfolio by conducting regular checks on reverse news in the market
  • Collecting compliance review reports from related departments and effecting monitoring on CRA/CCRA schemes
  • Providing administrative and clerical support to Department Head and all sections of the department
  • Handling administrative tasks and logistics arrangement of the department
  • Updating information and maintain database regarding credit process and control tasks
  • Preparing presentation materials for meetings
  • Assisting in preparation of work reports for credit control & monitoring and to the management and CMB
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience in credit control and monitoring, preferably in financial institutes or Chinese corporation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua preferred
  • Fast typing in English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with mature and pleasant personality
  • Able to handle multi-task, work under pressure and with initiative
