Job Description

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing digital marketing team in a fast-paced and energetic working environment. Reporting to the CRM manager, the role will focus on delivering a multi-channel CRM strategy, with the planning, execution and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, conversion and retention for our content and betting revenue streams.

Key accountabilities:

  • Plan and execute automated and triggered x-channel campaign programmes, flawlessly
  • Work with data analysts to brief, analyse, and deliver performance insights and prioritise optimisation
  • Undertake analysis of customer data to conclude on customer behaviour hypotheses and impact of new campaigns
  • Proposing recommendations to stakeholders for ongoing optimisation and future campaigns
  • Work with the CRM team to increase our knowledge of customers, improving the quality of our customer database and gaining a wider view on the life cycles of our customers
  • Write copy and produce content, including creative production, for marketing campaigns on a daily basis
  • Quality assure and proof all messaging
  • Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by assisting with pilot projects to test new approaches / technology to optimise campaigns and rolling out approach across all BAU projects once approved
  • Utilize testing to optimize multi-channel campaign performance and delivery
  • Keep up to date with CRM trends and strategies throughout the betting and racing industries
  • Ensure the CRM team maintain the integrity of customer data by managing campaign quantities and targeting, as well as following all GDPR regulations
  • Follow our responsible gambling principles and guidelines
  • Ensure all security measures are adhered to when transferring sensitive customer data
  • Ownership of customer & CRM KPIs including reporting and presenting back on trends and drivers of performance to senior business stakeholders



  • Pro-active problem solver with ability to take full ownership of projects and campaign initiatives
  • Understanding of data management and CRM best practice within multi-channel marketing
  • Ability to understand the implementation of sophisticated customer segmentation models
  • Good data and analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions and recommendations
  • Exceptional prioritisation skills and ability to deliver campaigns against immovable deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly competent in using Microsoft Excel
  • Basic html coding knowledge
  • Brilliant attention to detail and taking responsibility for the accuracy of their work
  • Experience using marketing automation tools such as Salesforce or Braze


  • Previous experience in a similar role in the betting & gaming industry
  • Experience of using analytical tools such and Google Analytics or Tableau
  • Competent on illustrator and/or photoshop to self-serve creative production
