About this team

Our goal is to deepen existing relationships with our guests and grow our collective by targeting the right potential guests. This is a mission critical role; the CRM Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, program development, and execution for CRM initiatives across the APAC region. This is an opportunity to come in, and build the strategy from the ground up… no inheriting existing norms here; break the mold of what’s possible and create lasting guest connections in a brand new way!

A day in the life:

  • Planning and delivering CRM strategy across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.

  • Control CRM budget and operations, with a special focus on means and tools

  • Define a clear segmentation for targeted marketing activities

  • Create unique guest journeys by market and by acquisition channel, removing friction points and raising overall guest engagement throughout their journey across all channels

  • Drive customer acquisition in partnership with Marketing, Retail and Ecommerce teams

  • Develop customer knowledge base, and Create the path to have us start looking at life time value of guests v one time sales.

  • Define data analysis needs and localization for all business segments (products efficiency, customer’s satisfaction, sales and promotion performance…) to maximize operations performances

  • Development of Run integration projects such as DMP, coordinate projects with global, regional, and local teams as well as 3rd party vendors, and ensure data accuracy among systems

  • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the business

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience/CRM with proven track records of deliverables efficiency

  • Strong IT and main analytical tools solutions knowledge

  • Ability to operate customers animations with a strong marketing approach

  • Relational database and main queries languages expertise

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong ability to communicate results

  • Technical interest with a business oriented mindset

  • Open minded and enjoy challenge

  • Experience in CRM field for retail and fashion is a strong plus

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Outstanding verbal/written communication, including presentation skills.

  •  “Sleeve-Rolling-Up-Ness”- Must love to be hands on, with the ability to think strategic/long-term, but also roll-up your sleeves and get s * done.

  • Most importantly- you must like hanging out with awesome people and sweating regularly
