You are responsible for
Taking a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CRM Head, he/she will be fully in charge of long term/short term DTC strategy and operation; the key responsibility will cover:
Develop and implement new DTC model framework, including sales model, financial impact, content planning and team buildup.
Manage D2C ecom platform investment control and daily a&p follow-up with business Partner ,Build out and own commercial planning of all D2C business, work closely with cross-functional teams and external agency.
Ecom sales forecast and projection for month/year
Business driver control and plan: sales driver planning and control
Ecom data flow design and tracking from consumer data flow to business data flow : CRM data management is a must
ROIC model Reporting and Optimization on business plan
Sales order reconcile with accounting and business partner
Fully responsible for designing the offering, the membership and referral programs whilst as well as accelerate building the key functions in DTC platform to support not only the current business but also the future needs.
Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate, use date to evaluate ideas and continually improve the shopper experience across the site.
Work with IT, operation, finance & relevant function to deeply involved in the whole life cycle of self-development projects to achieve business targets, including in system design improvement, systems development, system

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
10 years + E-Commerce experience in leading companies
D2C E-Commerce experience is a must
Excellent planning and communications skills.
The ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
Passion for future Ecommerce trend exploration, creative and out-of-the-box thinker.
High learning agility with fast reaction. Highly self-motivated and self-sufficient.
Problem solving skills with flexible approaching and creative thinking.

Fluent oral and written English
