Customer Care Representative

If so, we want you to join us at Hempel as a Customer Care Representative in Pilar, Argentina. You'll handle and process a variety of purchase orders and inquiries, adhering to standard ERP methodologies and documentation for post-purchase support. Your focus will be on stringent compliance across all financial transactions, collaborating with a Customer Compliance Lead to guarantee efficient and prompt resolution of customer claims.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to:

  • Serve as point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Technical Services on the sales order processing to order fulfilment.
  • Ensure customer centric approach to accommodate different customer needs.

Key tasks:

  • Attend to customer enquiries for order/invoicing fulfilment in a proactive, professional and efficient manner to ensure customer service excellence.
  • Complete sales orders, invoicing and leading any credit notes/debit notes and product returns with customers in the most prompt, fast and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate supplies with customers, customers’ appointed agents, Hempel Associates & supply chain to meet customers delivery requirement.
  • Ensure good communication with customers, sales team, Hempel Associates & supply chain to increase accuracy
  • Record all stock non-availability during enquiry and short supplies by Hempel Associates & supply chain for analysis and improvement on stock availability.
  • Assist sales team to generate reports as required for specific customers according to supply agreement.
  • Assist sales in any ad-hoc after sales administrative matters.
  • Responsible for PFP D.O.C (Declaration of Compliance) application process

What do you need to be successful in this role?

We are seeking someone who can work closely with internal and external team members while meeting defined response times, accuracy of data preparation and maintain customer satisfaction scores.

  • Relevant experience, Diploma or higher
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focused!
  • Strong time management
