Customer Experience

Main Purpose:
Your main purpose will be to support and enhance the customer experience strategy, focusing on our key stakeholder: the distribution channel. You will ensure the successful implementation of branding, communication, and loyalty strategies while driving improvements in customer engagement and satisfaction.

Your mission will be to:

  • Ensure the implementation of the branding and communication strategy across distribution channels.
  • Support the design and ensure the proper implementation of loyalty strategies for dealers.
  • Engage with customer service teams to capture key needs from our distribution channels.
  • Develop and execute a plan to enhance customer experiences and strengthen relationships.
  • Oversee the digital strategy towards our main dealers, ensuring alignment with their communication channels and effective implementation on their social media platforms.
  • Ensure the measurement process of VOP (Voice of Partner) for our distributors, capturing opportunities for improvement and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Ensure marketing tactical activities for specific brands are implemented according to the customer journey content and insights.
  • Support commercial campaigns with appropriate communication activities.
  • Guarantee proper brand activation through promotion and advertising efforts.
  • Ensure local dealers’ websites, apps, and social media reflect the brand positioning.
  • Define governance processes for customer interactions, considering various business needs.
  • Define and implement initiatives to improve customer experience for dealers, addressing business opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor key customer experience initiatives across our main channels.
  • Provide feedback to the local organization on NPS and CSAT outputs, addressing action plans as needed.
  • Offer insights from local markets into regional BI regarding distributor needs and customer data strategy.
  • Align the strategy of Impulso with Orbia in dealer operations.
  • Define and implement initiatives such as InnoBa and Selecta experience.
  • Lead content development for Bayer Agro University for dealers.
  • Manage contracts with service providers.

Unlock your potential:

  • Degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields, or close to graduation.
  • Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Agribusiness is a plus.
  • Proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Excellent teamwork and influencing skills to manage teams and suppliers.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial vision and focus.
