Based in Victoria, this is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience Professional to drive and facilitate communication of Customer Service Strategy across Abbott Diabetes Care portfolio.

In your new role you will be responsible for formulating and communicating the strategy across the divisions agents, to ensure exceptional support and service standard initiatives to optimise the customer experience. You will be responsible for evaluating current customer journey and engagement touch points to recommend improved solutions to be implemented via third parties.

You bring with you a passion for exceptional service delivery, combined with strong healthcare industry experience, proven ability to analyse and identify industry trends to understand customer needs within changing market place.

To succeed in your new position, you will:

  • Have proven experience in a similar role, creating Customer Service Strategy within a changing market place and delivering across a national platform.
  • Experience within healthcare industry, advantageous is experience within Medical Device or Diabetes Care portfolio.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience within Business, Marketing or Management related subject.
  • Demonstrated ability to set vision and strategy to drive best in class customer journey.
  • A proven customer service professional with a passion for providing exceptional service standard.
  • Demonstration of strong communication and people management skills to develop relationships with stake-holders
  • High customer orientation, can clearly demonstrate their enthusiasm, drive and motivation.
