Job Description:

  • Response both of customer's inquiries or complaints from various channels such as CALL, EMAIL, CHAT, Whatsapp and others.
  • Do confirmation call or email to support our operational and any related department.
  • Provide excellent service to customers by paying attention to friendliness, willingness to help, and following the SOP.


  • Prefer has 1 year experience in customer services (for Diploma) or fresh graduates (bachelor degree).
  • Prefer from e-commerce company.
  • Has good communication skills.
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Office (excel, etc).
  • Has a broad insight in technology.
  • Speaking english is an advantage.
  • Ready for weekend and or night shift.
  • Own a vehicle (motorcycle) is a plus.
