How will I help?
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and executing an exceptional customer experience for our clients in BT Financial Group. You will contact our customers, advisors and financial institutions to facilitate the accurate and timely completion of customer requests. You will investigate any issues and find appropriate resolutions through various communication channels. You will also be responsible for:

  • Contacting both internal and external customers including our business partners
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Identifying and communicating any customer assist trends
  • Providing constructive feedback to advisers
  • Resolving complex issues through exceptional problem-solving skills and alternative solution generation
  • Providing product expertise to internal and external customers, whilst maintaining a superior level of customer service
