As a St John Customer Services Consultant, you will be
responsible for inbound/outbound calls and converting customer
enquiries into sales opportunities through the use of questioning
and recommending appropriate products and services. You will be
required to meet and exceed sales targets by having phone
conversations that lead to cross selling opportunities. This will
be a ongoing casual opportunity with St John WA
working Monday to Friday.



What you'll do:




  • Respond and action all phone calls and emails accurately
    and within an expected time frame to ensure customers’
    needs are met


  • Identify customer needs in order to recommend and book any
    appropriate First Aid training courses or product sale


  • Provide assistance to students in use of systems, accessing
    information and identifying any outstanding requirements for
    course completion.


  • Actively out bounding to customers to maintain
    relationships


  • Actively promote and sell St John WA products and services
    to customers to increase enrolments and sales figures


  • Generate and forward leads to the Business Development
    team


What you'll need:




  • Experience in a call centre environment is highly
    desirable


  • A passion for success in sales and delivering exceptional
    customer service consistently


  • Excellent telephone manner and high attention to
    detail


  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills


  • Well-developed negotiation skills


  • Professional and mature attitude with an outstanding work
    ethic


  • Team focused with the ability to work autonomously


  • Salesforce experience preferred but not essential
