Meet Our Team:

The Pega Ambassador is a passionate CX thought leader, working collaboratively across customer accounts and the partner ecosystem. The Ambassadors role is to represent the Pega views on trends, business change, technology and digital transformation towards customer executives at key moments in the sales cycle, at group events, and during projects to support these large accounts during their major transformation.

The role requires outstanding communication skills whose mission is to engage, inspire and mobilize our top client organizations and staff into becoming passionate about Pega’s strategic products. The person will have great interpersonal skills, and will create innovative ways to inspire customers and partners, and be able to articulate the strategic “why & how” in a constant stream of communications, written and verbal, engaging and influencing at all levels within our top client organizations, including C-Level stakeholders and board members. The person will play a pivotal role in evolving a corporate Ambassador culture, inspiring passion in employees and customers. 


What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Be a trusted advisor to Pega’s customers and partners, promoting Pega as a brand and supporting the growth of the business.
  • Lead and evangelise optimal use of Pega's complete platform
  • Work closely with customers, prospects and partners, to identify & educate the growing Pega community on the latest product capabilities and compelling business value
  • Working closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to define the go-to-market strategy for the top 500 global organisations
  • Work closely with key partners to raise our level of engagement and drive partner lead revenues
  • Create and deliver compelling sales assets, customer stories & videos, inspirational, impactful, and tailored pitches articulating the “Why & How” Pega
  • Speak at industry summits, tradeshows, roundtables, discussion groups and other events influencing and growing the Pega Ambassador community
  • Attend to client meetings at all levels, including C-level and board members, making an emotional and memorable impact
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing leveraging a variety of marketing methods (social media, webinars, videos, whitepapers, newsletters, demos, etc…) infusing the message with passion


Who You Are:

You have a strong practitioner background ideally working in an enterprise customer service or contact centre leadership role or tier 1 consultancy firm. Direct user/buyer experience is desired as the successful candidate will need to be able to speak the language of Pega clients and relate as a peer. An understanding of transformational technology and its application is important however the ability to communicate and evangelise about its value with business users at all levels is a prerequisite.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both senior business and IT managers within large blue-chip organizations
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high growth and pressurized environment
  • Ability to grasp new technology concepts quickly and think creatively
  • Confident evangelist to both internal and external (clients, partners & media) audiences
