Our client is seeking to take on a full-time Customer Service team member to assist in their growing business.

They are an Australian based eCommerce company that sells a niche product online and in retail and are looking to broaden their product lines over the coming months.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Replying promptly to customer enquiries through different channels
  • Keeping records of customer complaints and other issues
  • Using a variety of platforms to identify any issues with orders
  • Live chat concerning all customer service related inquiries with a goal of providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Accurately process daily entry of orders and perform routine order tracking
  • Become an expert on the product range
  • Feeding back customer experience to the operations and marketing department on weekly team meetings
  • Represent the company on social channels by responding to comments and questions



  • Minimum three years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience with an eCommerce business is preferable
  • Experience in raising and responding to tickets
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A "can-do" attitude to everything you do
  • Excellent working PC/Laptop
  • Reliable wired internet connection (Speed should be at least 10Mbps for download and 5Mbps for upload)
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • Quiet work environment


  • Fixed part-time four hours per day
