Be the voice of MANIKO by providing a first class service to all our English speaking customers throughout our english speaking markets
You will be responsible for enhancing overall customer satisfaction and customer loyalty by responding to inquiries using all means of communication, i.e. Telephone, live chats, e-mails & social media forums
Provide swift solutions to customers any time a delivery or the general experience with our products doesn’t meet customers expectations
Actively contribute to our mission of providing the best products in the industry by documenting all customer feedback so we can continuously improve our products and services
Native English speaker, another language is a plus
At least 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales or a similar role
You have strong people skills, i.e. friendly, humorous, empathetic, love social interaction
You are curious, have a high degree of motivation, initiative and the ability to work independently
