They will be stationed on the front lines of an evolving company, solving customer issues, contributing to process improvement, and molding the entire customer experience. Key Activities Become the first point of contact for any customer/driver concerns Monitors and manages Transportify chat, answering and resolving any related concerns. Escalate concerns to the necessary teams ?This can involve all teams in our office. A CS agent needs to be flexible and should know the operations by heart. Communicates issues and possibly working together with other teams to streamline current processes. Supports social media campaign ?Creates a welcoming audience communication Ensures that Transportify branding is properly exemplified.
