We’re in the middle of an exciting evolution! We have recently moved into our brand new offices in Welshpool, WA and we are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our fantastic team. Our Customer Service team is all about being great to deal with and we’re always striving to delight our customers. Come to work each day and be inspired by our fun, collaborative Customer Service team environment.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for providing both professional telephone customer support services and responding to email enquiries whilst building relationships and assisting the busy sales team. Additionally, our Customer Service Reps become the experts across all brands and products, but don’t worry if you don’t know much about bathroom gear, as full training will be provided. Your working hours will be 20 hours per week, working Monday to Friday covering our busy periods.
You’re known to be someone who customers always enjoy talking to. You’re helpful, and nothing is too much of a problem for you. Previous contact centre experience is a must. You’re definitely keen to learn new things and are ok with structure and standard ways of working. Following the rules means that you and your team-mates will always deliver the same great level of service to your customers. Strong computer and keyboard skills are essential.
