Job Title: Customer Services Representative - 12m Fixed Term Contract
Salary: £21,000+ depending on experience
Contract: Fixed Term Contract – 12 Months
Benefits: 24 days annual leave increasing with service to 30 days, Bonus, Share Scheme, Contributory Pension Scheme, Health Care, Dental and Vision Scheme
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Hours: Full Time - 37.50

As a Customer Services Representative for Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (CFSC), you will help build Customers for Life by supporting all in life customer queries and requests ensuring that after every interaction our customer’s feel appreciated, secure and the experience was effortless, both in the office and in the field. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with customers throughout the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Nordic and the Gulf regions of Caterpillar Financial Services.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Administer general customer service queries for customers and dealers
- Process settlement figure requests and contract terminations
- Provide extracts and system generated daily invoices for customers
- Generate quotes and documentation for contract modifications and updating the operating systems
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to process and manage account refunds
- Resolving system related contract issues
- Multi-task, navigating through internal applications to answers to questions and resolution to any issue

Skills, experience & qualifications you will have;
- A customer-centric and service-oriented mind-set with a passion for customer service
- Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Positive and professional attitude
- Understanding of a compliant and target driven environment
- Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Team player but also able to work under own initiative.
- Flexible attitude and approach to work ethic
Skills, experience & qualifications you may have;
- Previous experience in customer service
- Working knowledge of Oracle or an asset based system.
