Parts Advisor

About the role:

Based at our newly renovated Scoresby Head Office, you’ll act as the first point of contact for our valued customers across the South Pacific region. Some of the daily responsibilities for our highly-respected Parts Advisors include:

  • Receipt and processing of customer orders and quotes from a variety of different channels
  • Assisting with the provision of required parts and parts interpretation
  • Providing advice and guidance relating to part suitability and use
  • Work on a rotating roster
About you
  • A genuine commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Automotive or similar experience is highly valued
  • High level of mechanical aptitude
  • Willingness to learn and ability to grasp new ways of working efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise complex tasks
  • The ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
