Parts Advisor, Scoresby

Based at our newly renovated Scoresby Head Office, you’ll act as the first point of contact for our valued customers across the South Pacific region. Some of the daily responsibilities for our highly-respected Parts Advisor's include:

  • Receipt and processing of customer orders and quotes from a variety of different channels
  • Assisting with the provision of required parts and parts interpretation
  • Providing advice and guidance relating to part suitability and use
About you
  • Automotive or similar experience is highly valued
  • A genuine commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service
  • Previous Parts interpreter / Parts advisor experience highly valued but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and adaptable to new systems and processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise complex tasks
  • The ability to work individually or as part of a team
