Exciting new opportunity for a Senior Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve maximum value out of their digital advertising journey with News. Define and roll out the plan for an evolved customer engagement program relating to the News Connect platform.
What’s the role?
+ Develop, implement and roll out an ongoing customer engagement program for the News Connect platform
+ Build an approach to establish deep customer understanding, of their needs, requirements and expectations with a view to driving accelerated customer growth
+ Establish a segmentation framework in order to tailor the engagement approach based on customer type
+ Assess the user journey to ensure our approach targets the most valuable customers, driving profitable growth for all parties
+ Driving activation and retention of customers on the News Connect platform
+ Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for data, audience targeting and the News Connect platform
+ Provide appropriate feedback and insights to the Data Product team to ensure the evolution of a customer-centric product
+ Work closely with senior sales leaders to identify opportunities and drive customer satisfaction across the customer’s organisation
+ Increase retention amongst our digital advertiser base
Who are you?
+ Strategic thinking with the ability to translate concerns and issues into implications and actions
+ Strong commercial acumen used to build a targeted approach to customer engagement and relationship management
+ Customer advocacy, a champion of customer needs insights throughout the business
+ Collaborative and able to drive multiple & varied stakeholders to a solution within required timeframes
+ Pro-active with a capacity to pinpoint what our clients want before they can
+ Expert understanding of the digital advertising landscape (with a focus on data), our competitive set and our client base
+ Confident, articulate with strong professional presentation skills and experience
