At IDBS, our culture of Customer Success is realised through building a trusted advisor relationship with our customers and bringing the Voice of the Customer into our organisation!

As a consequence of internal career progression, we are hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our global team to increase customer loyalty and Lifetime Value to IDBS.

Responsibilities in this role will evolve as we expand our customer reach and will include accountability to:

  • Develop relationships and improve the Customer Health metric within the portfolio of assigned customers.
  • Cultivate a network of referenceable customers who actively promote IDBS and its products within their circle of influence.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with all teams who can provide insight into customers.
  • Ensure Customer Health is measured and Calls-To-Actions (CTAs) are progressed.
  • Work with our Marketing team to develop insightful collateral that teaches our customers how to maximise the value of IDBS products and solutions and resonates with their technology aspirations.

We are looking for you to demonstrate:

  • Experience in leading client activities in pre and/or post-sale settings to positive outcomes that generate revenue
  • Experience in being a trusted partner to customers who are engaged in programs with multiple related projects
  • Collaborative interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with impactful presentation skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to and embrace frequently evolving priorities
