Crop and Digital Solutions is responsible developing and scaling new “on-farm” digital and integrated tools and solutions, which will work toward driving a more efficient and transparent food system.
The Customer Success team are responsible for ensuring our customers are able to leverage value from their subscription. Working with our customer at all stages of the customer journey to achieve positive outcomes. The customer success team also take responsibility for enabling our partners with renewals and other activities as needed throughout the customer journey.
