Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in account management, client service, or consulting.
  • Experience working at a tech or consulting company.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building effective relationships across internal teams.
  • Strong familiarity with online media buying strategies and advanced technologies (Martech ecosystem).
  • Excellent business sense, problem solving, project management and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.

In this role, you will drive tech adoption towards impact by connecting business needs with cutting edge tech solutions, acting as a partner/consultant to those you will work with, and supporting the sales process through tech roadmaps, with focus on customer business objectives, media impact, and digital maturity evolving. You will embrace the customer voice while overseeing the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, coordinating the project's implementation across internal/external stakeholders, and prioritizing projects based on their potential impact. You will focus on delivering excellent customer care, empowering our partners' ecosystem, and make sure projects go smoothly for Google's customers.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the successful adoption of data and tech projects to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings. Define success and building a joint plan with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve their goals.
  • Cultivate a strong internal network of cross-functional teams at Google, and enlist their expertise to drive product and project implementation forward.
  • Partner with customer-facing account teams and executives (sales, support, professional services, and partners) to develop strategic plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Google Marketing Platform Certified Partners and with the Google Technical Professional Services team to project manage and coordinate necessary steps to drive the implementation of GMP products.
  • Enable increased advertising investment on Google media platforms by delivering efficiency through advanced tech projects.
