We are looking for a spontaneous, customer friendly Customer Support Engineer who contributes to our fun working atmosphere.
What is your role?
As a Customer Support Engineer you will be in pole position on a daily basis to provide our customers with excellent service. You take their questions and problems to heart and tackle them concretely or, if necessary, delegate to third line support and product development.
The (by nature difficult to plan) inflow is always processed in a process-oriented way. Together with your colleagues, you follow up and get back to the customer. We count on your customer-friendly communication.
Each customer has its own specificity in our RecoMatics world, which regularly challenges you as a problem-solving jack-of-all-trades to get to the root cause of the problem. To come to the right solution, you can rely on our knowledge base, your broad technical knowledge or any other creative idea you can shake out of your sleeve.
As a Microsoft partner, our solutions, whether custom-made or not, are designed in the same way. This applies to both the solutions that have been around for years and to the latest developments. The ever-evolving IT landscape has led to a growing number of cloud (Azure), O365 and secure web applications. Continuing eagerness to learn is therefore particularly relevant to keep up with these new environments.
Together with your colleagues you also reflect on the process, customer insights, new possibilities, product improvements, ... so that your daily contacts with customers and their problems also lead to strategic improvements.
