We are looking for a spontaneous, customer friendly Customer Support Engineer who contributes to our fun working atmosphere.

What is your role?

As a Customer Support Engineer you will be in pole position on a daily basis to provide our customers with excellent service. You take their questions and problems to heart and tackle them concretely or, if necessary, delegate to third line support and product development.


The (by nature difficult to plan) inflow is always processed in a process-oriented way. Together with your colleagues, you follow up and get back to the customer. We count on your customer-friendly communication.

Each customer has its own specificity in our RecoMatics world, which regularly challenges you as a problem-solving jack-of-all-trades to get to the root cause of the problem. To come to the right solution, you can rely on our knowledge base, your broad technical knowledge or any other creative idea you can shake out of your sleeve.

As a Microsoft partner, our solutions, whether custom-made or not, are designed in the same way. This applies to both the solutions that have been around for years and to the latest developments. The ever-evolving IT landscape has led to a growing number of cloud (Azure), O365 and secure web applications. Continuing eagerness to learn is therefore particularly relevant to keep up with these new environments.

Together with your colleagues you also reflect on the process, customer insights, new possibilities, product improvements, ... so that your daily contacts with customers and their problems also lead to strategic improvements.



Who are you?

To do this job well, you need the following skills and experience:

  • You have relevant experience in a similar role and have a Bachelor or Master degree in an ICT direction.
  • You have a solid knowledge of SQL & SQL Server, Azure DevOps, AgilePoint, Active Directory, Windows10, Azure AD, Office365, MongoDb and Windows Server series in recent years.
  • You have an affinity with custom development, logfiles and their interpretation into corresponding data and logic and this both server side (C#) and client side (JS & React).
  • Scripting experience can be a strong addition to obtain a higher level of automation.
  • If you have already worked as a customer support of custom-made software, then this is an absolute asset.
  • You have knowledge of networks, operating systems and PC and printer configurations.
  • You can communicate fluently and customer-oriented in Dutch, English and French.
  • You have a healthy interest in computer science and custom development.
  • Even in stressful situations you remain customer friendly.
