Our customer success team is searching for a (Junior) Customer Support Manager at our office in Basel.

What can you expect at jacando:

  • To be the first and central person of contact for our customers (users of our HR Cloud Software)
  • Recording of problems and clarification with our product development team
  • Execution of webinars as well as trainings for our customers
  • Operational processing of requests as well as service tickets
  • To make readily available relevant online material (help center, trainings etc.) for the self service usage of our customers
  • Recording of problems and forwarding of requirements to the tech team
  • Active support in the improvement of software quality and bug testing

What you bring to the team:

  • You are a young, dynamic individual with a deep rooted enthusiasm for customer contact
  • German is your Mother Tongue and you have a good knowledge of English, any other language is an advantage
  • You are communicative and are happy to work in a motivated and engaged team
  • You have an affinity for technology and enthusiasm for digital products
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer support
