The candidate in the role will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Ability to track start-up of newly awarded studies
  • Ability to complete all required paperwork for study start-up
  • Work with recruitment team and contract team in data sharing for each upcoming study
  • Ability to build e-source study templates from Data Migration (training will be provided)
  • Design study process flows and staff workstations
  • Interact with marketing team and ensure all marketing data and materials for studies are built into study folders and ready for study role out and implemented
  • Ensure and maintain tracking mechanisms for study staff have completed all required trainings, fully comprehended protocols, and have all required system access and audit controls
  • Create pre-screening questionnaire and ensure it is entered within CRIO in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have reviewed and are knowledgeable on all active and upcoming protocols
  • Send weekly unresolved query report to site manager
  • Review all sponsor follow up letters with the study’s Lead CRC and ensure all action items are resolved and tracked prior to the next monitoring visit.
  • Responsible for note taking and updating weekly meeting minutes
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining existing spread sheets
  • Responsible for completing assigned tasks daily and weekly
  • Responsible for sending reports in a timely manner
  • Other miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Company

  • Skilled in computers, data collection and entry


Required Skills

  • Microsoft SharePoint experience
  • Prior knowledge of medical terminology a plus
