What will you be engaged in?
As our new CRM & Data Manager, you will have the opportunity to be part of and to take care of our continuously growing user base and make memorable experiences while helping to meet company-wide KPI's. Are you ready to take ownership of designing TREVO's digital presence and data-driven experimentations?

  • Develop key data and measurements models to measure what matters within the organization that leads to growth across verticals.
  • Be responsible for overseeing TREVO's App CRM Platforms and interconnected services and platforms to ensure it's performance.
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies to increase loyalty and retention across the customer base.
  • Segment customer databases and maintaining lists of segmented customers.
  • Build and manage dashboards via Redash, PowerBI and/or Google Data Studio
  • Responsible for the app/website event management repository across CRM platforms and online ad platforms such as Facebook and Google.
  • Work closely with the development teams to scope tracking, measurement and data-driven implementations for upcoming projects.
  • Create rules and procedures for data sharing.
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data systems that could affect analytical results.
  • Continually develop data management strategies.
  • Source, hire and train potential team members when required.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • 3+ years of proven relevant working experience
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing concepts from acquisition to remarketing
  • Sound understanding of digital marketing targeting, demographics, and remarketing strategies across Google and Facebook Ads will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in App engagement campaigns using EDM, In-App Messaging, Push Notifications and other similar channels
  • Possess excellent Excel and SQL skills
  • Creative, data-oriented and results-driven
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Positive attitude paired with a desire for transparency and openness
  • Ability to think analytically and optimise for performance and ROI focus.
  • Proven track record of developing successfully implemented digital campaigns with effective results
  • Team player with the ability to support other team-mates as and when required.
  • Ability to provide digital marketing effectiveness reports and analysis
  • Are a 100% execution-minded individual and have a sense of urgency
  • Have a clear hands-on approach, being able to take full ownership of any project
