What success looks like in this role:
• Executes all assigned tasks according to quality standards and metrics set by project management. • Learns the processes, policies, business rules and proper use of computers and IT equipment as required by the role. • Monitors team’s performance as well as time and attendance. • Provides coaching and immediate feedback on performance to team members. • Reports to the Area Manager and promptly escalates issues as needed. • Prepares and submits operations reports to management. • Coordinates with client counterparts to resolve simple to moderately complex operations issues.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred • With significant experience in customer service industry • Leadership skills • Ability to apply critical thinking when solving problems • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Team Management skills
