YOUR ROLE IN AIONEERS

To expand our team we are looking for passionate data scientists.

• You gather, analyze and model data to solve complex business problems and evaluate scenarios to make predictions on potential future outcomes
• You drive continuous improvement of data science and analytics by researching industry leading practices and incorporating it to our company
• You are a problem solver, detail-oriented and self-motivated who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, combining technical, product, business and leadership perspectives.
• You make decisions based on "best solution" and not on your ego

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

You enjoy ensuring scalability, performance and release capability in a professionally managed start-up through excellent development, time and time again.

• University degree in Maths, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistics
• Knowledge of time series analysis and experienced in exponential smoothing and LightGBM models
• Knowledge of TensorFlow and PyTorch is a big plus
• Scripting languages and tools (e.g. Python, R, Spark, SQL)
• Experience on Azure Devops and Azure Databricks
• Experience with QlikSense / QlikView and / or other BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.)
• Experience in ETL processes & scripts, proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) / ODBC
• Collaborate with customers as well as product and engineering teams
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the supply chain operations is a plus
