What will your typical day look like?
Your role at Deloitte will be to manage different components of projects including managing teams of senior analysts and software engineers of various sizes, day-to-day execution of the solution architecture and deployment in production, and communication with internal stakeholders and external clients. you will also take a leading role in delivering advisory services to high growth organizations with a diverse team consisting of data scientists, data engineers, software developers, ML Ops and Dev Ops teams, information designers, and business/industry subject matter experts.
In addition, you will lead the development of the methodology and architecture for machine learning model deployment to production for our clients and perform architecture, QA, and hands-on development for modelling, computations, and data ETL to deliver best-of-breed deployment of machine learning models to clients’ cloud environments. You will also bring expert-level knowledge and guidance to junior team members on ML Ops technology, tools, and best practices.
Finally, you will work with large amounts of data on a granular level, from structured and unstructured data sources and lead the planning, data collection and data analysis on client projects, and management of pitches and proposal bids.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
You are a person with:
- Project management and people management experience.
- 5+ years relevant work experience with building,automating, and deploying data analytics and Machine Learning (ML) pipelines.
- Experience working with DevOps and leading data science / machine learning teams through to production deployment.
- Skill in managing client projects and consulting with internal and external stakeholders directly.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models to production in AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience in operationalization of Machine Learning projects (MLOps) using at least one of the popular frameworks or platforms (e.g. Kubeflow, AWS Sagemaker, Google AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning, DataRobot, DKube).
- Experience with Kubernetes and the ecosystem of Cloud Native tools.
- Database and programming languages experience and data manipulation and integration skills using, Oracle, Hadoop, NoSQL Databases, or similar tools
- Strong experience with statistical modeling techniques, data mining, and predictive models is required as well as Machine Learning
- Strong experience working with large amounts of data with significant ambiguity, developing creative approaches to analytical problems, and interpreting data and results from a business/industry perspective
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field. Advanced degree (MSc, equivalent or higher) is preferred
