Dealer Success Manager (Car Insurance) – JD

What responsibilities will you get when working with us?

• Responsible for onboarding for an Insurance Business in assigned markets.
• Responsible for training the dealers for Insurance product, services and process flow.
• Responsible for Activating the dealers by sourcing the business as per the guidelines, process and compliance policies.
• Responsible for getting the Insurance renewals of existing customers as per the industry trends.
• Responsible for the defined targets and increasing the sales penetration in the area/Markets allotted.
• Responsible for maintaining the dealer network and resolve issues if any locally.
• Responsible to provide market related understanding and feedback specific to the Area or the industry, assess customer needs and sell customized solutions.
• Drive launch of new products if any within his/her area of operation.
• Providing support if any to the cross functional teams and the products.
• Ability to hustle in fast paced environment.
• Action bias, customer centric and value dealer relationships.

What will you need to be successful in this role?

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• People with minimum of 1 to 3 years of Car Insurance B2B/B2C sales experience
• Should be a team player, self-motivated, hardworking
• Willing to work under pressure. Excellent in managing the dealer’s relationships.
